Baylee Lynn steps into the spotlight with *Heart On My Sleeve*, her debut EP released March 27 via The Core Records. The six-song project introduces the 18-year-old Tennessee native as a songwriter unafraid to lean into honesty, pairing confessional storytelling with a polished country-pop foundation.

The EP opens with “Cautiously Optimistic,” a defining early statement that blends carefree energy with emotional candor, and builds through tracks like the self-assured “Heard That” and the reflective “That’s What I’ll Be.” Across the project, Lynn’s vocal approach stays front and center—warm, expressive, and grounded in personal perspective.

Closing track “Counting Tiles,” released alongside its official video, captures the EP’s emotional core. Built around a piano-driven arrangement, the song traces the aftermath of a breakup through quiet, intimate moments that gradually expand into a more intense emotional release. It’s a detailed portrayal of coping and heartbreak, anchored by vivid imagery and restraint.

Produced by AJ Pruis, *Heart On My Sleeve* presents a cohesive introduction to Lynn’s artistry—rooted in country tradition while shaped by a modern, melodic sensibility.
