Vincent Mason – “What You Want”
Vincent Mason has released his latest single, “What You Want,” available now across streaming platforms through Interscope, Lost Highway, and Music Soup. Written by Mason alongside frequent collaborator Jack Rauton, the new track explores the familiar cycle of a relationship that never fully comes to an end.
Built around conversational lyrics and a chorus that balances longing with resignation, “What You Want” highlights Mason’s songwriting approach as he captures the emotional push and pull of an on-again, off-again relationship. Anchored by plucky acoustic guitar, the understated production keeps the focus on the song’s vulnerability.
The release follows lead single “Don’t Ask Me” as Mason continues building toward his next project. The singer-songwriter recently earned a nomination for New Male Artist of the Year at the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards and performed “Damned If I Do” and his duet with Stella Lefty, “Something To Lose,” during CMA Fest at Nissan Stadium.
Mason has also been named one of four country artists selected for Spotify’s 2026 Artists to Watch program. He recently made his late-night television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and reached No. 3 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.
His recent releases continue to gain traction, with “Damned If I Do” reaching No. 88 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 22 on the Hot Country Songs chart. His collaboration with Stella Lefty, “Something To Lose,” climbed to No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 16 on the Hot Country Songs chart, giving Mason two current entries on the Hot 100.
Since releasing his major label debut album There I Go in November, Mason has surpassed 500 million career streams. His breakout hit “Hell Is A Dance Floor” has been certified Platinum by the RIAA, while “Damned If I Do” has earned Gold certification. The latter is scheduled to impact country radio on July 13 via Lost Highway Records.
On the road, Mason spent the spring opening for Morgan Wallen on the I’m The Problem Tour after previous runs with Riley Green, Jordan Davis, Megan Moroney, and Parker McCollum. He also launched his sold-out There I Go Tour earlier this year, performing in Houston, Nashville, New York City, and Boston while continuing to expand his international audience across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
