Ella Langley has released the official music video for her hit single “Choosin’ Texas,” bringing the song’s narrative to life through a cinematic production filmed in Fort Worth, Texas.

Directed by Langley alongside Wales Toney and Caylee Robillard, the video was shot at the Stagecoach Ballroom and features a cast that includes Luke Grimes and Ava Phillippe, with appearances from Miranda Lambert and Kaitlin Butts. Additional cameos include Dale Brisby, JB Mauney, Shad Mayfield, Tyson Durfey, Shea Fisher Durfey, Leighton Berry, Casey Donahew, Tanner Usrey, Wade Bowen, Mike Ryan and Melinda Donahew.

Set inside a honky tonk atmosphere filled with live music, two-step dancing, and visual nods to Texas culture, the video centers on themes of hometown ties and complicated relationships. Members of Texas A&M’s Aggie Wranglers dance team also appear, adding to the setting’s regional authenticity.

Langley’s styling throughout the video reflects the “Choosin’ Texas” era, including custom red Westerly USA chaps, American Eagle denim, and Tecovas boots, styled by Stef Colvin. Familiar performers from earlier visuals tied to the song also return, creating continuity across the campaign.

The video includes subtle visual details and moments that hint at future releases, offering viewers additional layers to explore. A brief onstage scene teases what is described as the next chapter.

“Choosin’ Texas” premiered across MTV Live, MTVU, CMT, and Paramount Times Square billboards. The single, co-written and produced by Langley with Miranda Lambert, Ben West, Luke Dick, and Joybeth Taylor, continues to gain traction across multiple Billboard charts and streaming platforms.

The track is featured on Langley’s upcoming sophomore album Dandelion, set for release April 10. The project, crafted with executive producers Miranda Lambert and Ben West, explores themes of growth and self-reflection while balancing emotional depth with lighter moments.

Langley is also preparing to launch ‘The Dandelion Tour,’ her first headline arena run, beginning May 7 in Toledo, Ohio, and concluding August 15 in Fort Worth, Texas. The tour will include support from Kameron Marlowe, Dylan Marlowe, Kaitlin Butts, Gabriella Rose, and Laci Kaye Booth on select dates.
