Hayden Haddock Burns Bright in New Single “Keep Me Up”

If you’ve ever lost sleep tangled in memories and the scent of someone who left a mark on your soul, Hayden Haddock just dropped your new late-night anthem. The Red Dirt trailblazer has released his ninth single, “Keep Me Up”—a steamy, neo-traditional country burner that brings the ache of longing into full focus.
Out now via Good Company Entertainment Records (with CmdShft distribution), the track was co-written and produced by country heavyweight Trent Willmon (Cody Johnson, Eric Church), giving it a pedigree as strong as its punch. With pedal steel sighs, bright guitar riffs, and Haddock’s raw-edged vulnerability, the song is a front-row seat to romantic torment—with a two-steppin’ beat to boot.

“Cause you’re keepin’ me up all night even when you’re not around…” Haddock sings, aching for a touch that lingers long after the lights go out. Lustful recollections and restless longing fuel the storyline, capturing that familiar tug-of-war between memory and desire.
“This song’s been a long time coming,” Haddock shares. “It’s about that certain someone who keeps you up thinking about them late at night, and the intention to get them to come over—whether for better or worse.” That kind of honesty, stitched into bold instrumentation and clean storytelling, proves why he’s fast becoming one of Red Dirt country’s most compelling voices.
Producer Trent Willmon adds, “It’s a side of Hayden we haven’t seen before—more mature, lyrically and vocally.”
And that maturity didn’t appear overnight. The 26-year-old Texan and Texas A&M graduate saw his career take off back in 2018 when an impromptu dorm room performance made waves online. Since then, he’s racked up over 12.3 million streams, six charting Texas radio singles (three of them Top 10), and opened shows for Randall King, Steve Wariner, Casey Donahew, and Jon Wolfe. His July 2024 single “Front Porch Rain” hit No. 1 on the Texas Country Music Chart, cementing him as a voice to watch in the modern cowboy soundscape.
Beyond the mic, Haddock has become a dedicated advocate for those living with Type 1 diabetes, a diagnosis he’s lived with since childhood. He regularly works with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), speaking out to raise awareness and funding for research.
Known for his clean-cut charisma and boots-on-the-ground work ethic, Haddock is currently signed to Good Company Entertainment for management and performs nearly 100 shows a year. He’s been featured by Billboard, The Boot, Country Rebel, and more—and his music regularly lands on playlists like Texas Music Now, Don’t Mess With Texas, and Texas Forever.
With “Keep Me Up”, he’s kicking off a new season of music, with more singles expected to drop throughout spring and summer 2025. Whether he’s tugging at your heartstrings or pulling you onto the dance floor, one thing’s for sure—Hayden Haddock isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
